Wouldn't it be awesome if every time you walked into a party all your friends screamed "It's Miller Time!?" Well, that's pretty much what we felt like doing once we laid eyes on our favorite new line of basics from Sophomore.
Owner Chrissie Miller partnered with Madeline Von Froomer, formerly of Proenza-Schouler, to form the label Sophomore. This week the collection launched at Opening Ceremony to give us fashion freaks a break from playing dress up so we can relax in some straightforward knits that aren't made for pudgy divorcees in middle-America.
Sophomore is a simple, soft line of t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and leggings that have that casual Lower East Side confidence. Oh, and make sure to peek at this season's lookbook which features New York's gorgeous "Downtown darling" Jennifer Brill, Bijou Phillips, Cory Kennedy and the dreamboat boys of The Virgins (sigh). Excuse me... I need a nap after all that name-dropping.
